The frequency of messages may vary depending on your care plan or needs. Generally, subscribers can expect no more than 3–5 messages per week.
2. Fees and Charges

However, message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier.

Subscribers are responsible for any charges incurred for sending or receiving SMS messages.
3. Opt-in, Opt-out, and Help Instructions
Opt-In Process
By texting START to [insert short code or phone number], you consent to receive SMS messages from Oaktree Hospice, Inc. You will receive a confirmation message upon subscribing:
"Thank you for opting into SMS messages from Oaktree Hospice, Inc. You will receive updates and notifications. To opt out at any time, reply STOP."
Opt-Out Process
To stop receiving SMS messages, you can reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive a confirmation message confirming your opt-out:
"You have successfully opted out of SMS messages from Oaktree Hospice, Inc. To opt back in at any time, reply START."
Help Process
